'Allchlosu' is my small business as an artist that I have operated since 2020. I design fan-merchandise for K-Pop fans, including acrylic pieces, stickers, prints, and more. This has given me a chance to experiment more with product design and build social media and customer service skills. Allchlosu originally focused on clay earrings, but later diverted to K-Pop in order to cater to a niche that felt more like me. I have so much fun at K-Pop events and concerts and wanted to spend more time in that space!
'Allchlosu' incorporates the way I mash-up my name 'CHLOe SUcevic' and the idea that everything I make is entirely by me, 'ALLchlosu'.
logo
For my logo, I wanted to have a fun and friendly approach to my business, so I opted for a similar strategy akin to my personal branding. My art is on the fun side, so I aimed for a more playful and bouncy design that would encourage the viewer to follow the letters like a path! To condense everything, I still kept the bounciness, but broke the name up to make it easier to read. "All" "Chlo" and "Su" gives the customer a path to understand the breakdown of the pronunciation.
website
Since I have a lot of products, I decided to move to my own website to have more control and create a more accessible interface. While the website structure is on the simple side, I took the chance to organize all of my products and make sure that my target audience feels comfortable shopping for merch from the groups that they like!
product process
Since I have a lot of my items manufactured overseas, I have developed an understanding of formatting files for production. This watermelon photocard holder is a prime example of how I prepare a file for manufacturing. Since the photocard holder has to be a certain shape, I needed to provide the cutlines on my own. I also provide a screenshot of the ideal measurements in case there are any questions regarding sizing. I then take everything shown and convert it into the manufacturer's preferred file format. In this specific case, I moved everything into Photoshop after using Illustrator.
finished collection!
custom packaging
These are mystery boxes for my holders, since some people can't decide which one to get! For this project, I was printing at home, so I didn't need special formatting for a manufacturer. I simply designed this box to fit my holders, assembled a simple template, and printed it on cardstock. Since the box is meant to be a temporary vessel, I opted for an easier assembly.
Since I make a lot of stickers, I wanted to try my hand at making a sticker pack. I had the perfect chance when my friends and I held an in-person event and the theme was Rainy Day! I decided to draw these characters from TWICE, our favorite K-Pop group, enjoying a rainy day together. To package them all together, I created a header for the pack and assembled everything together, almost as if they were being sold in a store, even though it was a prize for a charity donation.
I have vended at many events, but the highlights were the two Artist Alleys I participated in for K-Play! Fest in California (left) and Texas (right) in 2025! I am also planning on vending at Tekko in Pittsburgh in 2026! These events have definitely shaped my understanding of in-person customer service and feedback. It's a great way to hear what people want to see from my business and has helped me make a lot of connections in the art scene!
